Glutamine Peptides contain a high concentration of glutamine. Glutamine is an essential amino acid and is the most abundant amino acid in muscle tissue, but it can't be synthesised in the body, you have to get it from your diet. Having Glutamine Peptides in 100% Protein allows you to easily increase your intake of Glutamine with no extra hassle.

100% Protein is made from a blend of milk & plant based proteins including soy protein, whey protein & milk protein concentrate. It delivers not only perfectly optimized release of slow and fast acting proteins but also a complete amino acid profile to ensure your muscles get all the fuel and building blocks they need to repair and grow.
100% Protein is super easy to use. Add one scoop (30g) into your shaker along with 300ml of chilled water or milk. Shake well for 10 secs & drink!
Our Protein Works shakers include specially designed fill lines, ensuring your get a perfect shake every time. Instead of having to measure out your water/milk quantity, all you need to do is fill to the 300ml line, add your scoop/s of 100% Protein Works powder, put the grid on, screw on the lid and ensure the cap is secure, shake well for 10 seconds and drink!

Not a great taste
Only tried the vanilla up to now not a great taste mixed really well but disappointed with the flavour was to artificialTastes awful & doesn’t mix well
Very disappointed. Protein works should specify up front that this has been formulated to be a cheaper alternative to other proteins on offer. I have bought protein 80 for years and highly rate this. By comparison this is one of the worst in offer. What’s more annoying is that I’m not out of pocket having to pay the shipping costs to return 5kg as well.Top Shake
Tasty and a really good price.Best PW shake so far, great value
Tried a few of the flavours and have to say the chocolate one is by far my favourite. The texture is not quite as smooth as others I've tried but it's still better than 95% of other shakes and for this price and value, I don't think you can beat it. Delivery as always was super fast and everything arrived in good condition, 5* PW service.Big fan
Great product and great value for money. Taste great and definitely noticed a difference in my training and diet. Been using this product a few months now and had great results. Easy mixing with no lumps, and no belly aches. Would recommend to anyone best product compared to others Iv tried.
